The axe is hand-forged and manufactured from Swedish axe steel according to tradition since 1697 and it takes many blows of a hammer to process the axe steel, which actually improves its density and makes the axe more durable. The clear hard zone can be sharpened without altering the strength of the cutting edge and the axe is supplied with a cutting edge protection included.
